We have 13 homes located immediately east of the University of Louisville, in the areas known as Parkway Village (south of Eastern Parkway) and Germantown (north of Eastern Parkway). All of our homes are located within a few blocks of the east side of campus.  Our homes are in excellent condition, with most being recently remodeled, with new roofs and windows, and some with new high efficiency furnaces and central air.
